Customise a Data Map
There may be times when you need to either add to or alter an existing data map for your selected suppliers.
To do this, click on Supplier Management section in the navigation pane and select the Manage Suppliers / Products tab.
Click on the Supplier where you wish to alter the data map. This will expand the supplier to show the products which you have selected.
Select Review / Customise for the product which you wish to customise.
To alter an existing data map field, click Customise Data Map.
The following warning will pop up.
Please consider the above warning very carefully before going ahead and making any changes to the existing data mapping you already have.
If you are sure you wish to customise the data map, please click I agree to continue.
A pop-up window will appear where you can go through the existing data mapping of the selected field.
Go through the different sections and make any alterations you require.
Once you have finished making your changes, scroll down to the bottom of the window and click either Save and Done if there is only one field to alter or Save and Next to save your changes.
If there are multiple data fields but you only need to alter one, click Save and Next until you can finally click Save and Done.
Once you have finished making your changes, you will be taken back to the main window where you will see your changes.
In the example below, I have added Test Purpose to the Purpose column.
When you are happy with your changes, click Save at the bottom of the page.
